The cat put his paw on Miriam’s dress.
Miriam: (“HmmHmmm....this is a pretty dress.”)
(“A
woman named Grace gave it to me.”)
Miriam looking up around the town.
Miriam: (“I had
been waiting for my father, hoping that he will see my new clothes.”)
(“It wasn’t easily to get someone to drive me to town, and now I
don’t know where my Dad went.”)
Miriam playing with the cat.
Miriam: (“He
probably went somewhere! Though he
wasn’t in the salon. I will wait
for him forever. Daddy...why
couldn’t come back faster?”)
(“Once he see my new clothes, he will tell me how pretty I look.”)
(“Why couldn’t you come back soon, Daddy?”)
(“Father is dead near the outskirts......back then I didn’t know
anything, all I did was wait and wait and wait for him......”)
Miriam opened her eyes! She was sitting on her bed.
Miriam: (“Ah. This is the deserted barn. We
came here with Grace to get away from Harnbag’s men”)
(“And....Card and Joel came back....except Douglas......”)
(“I had been waiting and waiting and waiting. But he still haven’t come back....”)
Miriam thinking about Douglas and her Dad. (“Haven’t
come back............”)
Miriam started to look at her pillow....and look at her
pillow...the longer she looked the angrier she got, until...
Miriam yelled: “WHAT AM I DOING???”
Making Grace who were outside cooking jumped in surprise.
Miriam started to hit the pillow against her bed with
rapid movements.....Willy looking frighten next to her.
Miriam still yelling: “What am I doing? Douglas
that jerk!”
“Because of him I am
remembering stuff that I never wanted to again.”
“I had been waiting here for him for so long!”
“Where is he?”
“I already dislike you so much Douglas!”
Grace opened the door:
"Miriam?”
Miriam all out of breath said: “Ah....................”
“It is nothing, Grace!”
“I just wanted to say it out loud that’s all........” *huff huff
Grace: (“Miriam....that child....feeling so nervous...trying to hide
it.....”)
Grace trying to give some comfort to Miriam
Grace: (“I have to say something to her...even just saying something little to
cheer her up.....”)
Grace: "Miriam....sorry.....It won’t be a problem. He will come back...sorry.”
“I already opened up a can. Do you want to eat?”
Miriam: “Thanks
Grace, but I don’t want to eat right now.”
Grace: “Oh..Oh...Ah....I understand!”
Grace then gently closed the door.
Grace: (“Ah..I am so useless. Even
at times like this I still don’t know what to say to soothe her. Ah...Douglas......what happened to you?”)
Miriam wanted to go find Douglas. She couldn’t stand
anymore of this waiting. So she
sneak out of the deserted barn....but this time left a note saying so. Miriam running in the rain and thinking
Miriam:
(“I
want to quickly be able to see you Douglas”)
(“I begin to feel more and more frighten.......”)
(“Please come back to me, so that I can see you .......speak to
you......”)
(“I have so much I wanted to tell you........”)
The rain stopped................
In the cave where Silver King
and Douglas spent the
night......Silver King told Douglas about this army soldier whom he saw
at a salon.The soldier was at a card game when he was being bothered
by the strongest man there. That soldier just went and with one punch knocked that
strongest man unconscious. Silver King said he would always remember that soldier's face. He just have this tiny smile on his face though he haven’t said a word
during the whole time. He just give
a person the shivers. If that priest is who I think he is I will know once I
see him. Silver also said that that soldier
is died though. The soldier died during duty for a gold shipment. However, though the size and shape of the corpse is correct...the body is
totally burnt. There was no way one
could had tell who it was. Douglas commented it should be what you thought happened
then. That soldier must had used
someone else with his size and shape to replace him. That is why the body was burnt beyond recognition.
Silver King : “I
like a smart and worldly kid.”
Douglas : (“Silver....I still don’t understand! Where did you come from?”)
Silver King is telling Douglas to go back to the deserted
barn. But take the long way
otherwise the horse prints would be too visible. Then they saw Harnbag and his men coming up the path. So Douglas left and Silver King went and met Harnbag’s group. Silver
King told Harnbag that he checked the horse shed. That there were no sign of the woman but he found traces of the 2 boys. He told Harnbag that if it is the boys then it is his job to eliminate
them.
At the deserted barn, Joel found that Miriam left a note saying she went out again. Just then someone took the piece of paper away from
Joel......
Douglas: “Miriam is it?”
“Went to find me eh?”
Everyone looked at Douglas in shock.
Douglas: “That silly goose, if only she waited a little longer.....”
Card: “Doug..............”
“Douglas you jerk! Where have you been?”
Card grabbed Douglas on the chest and yelled, “You let
us worried to death about you over here!”
Douglas: “OUCH!”
“Don’t be so rough! I am
injured!”
Card: “What happened to you?”
Douglas: “We talk later!”
“I noticed that outside there are only your footprints...and my are
similar to yours so it won’t matter....”
“Listen up! Card! Joel! Harnbag would be here soon!”
Everyone looked amazed.
Douglas: “First we need to hid Grace, understand?”
“Then we have to make sure we remove any evidence of Grace and Miriam!
Only leave you guys’ existence! Understand? So that this deserted barn seem like from beginning to end only have your
residence shown.”
Not long after that, Silver
King and Harnbag shown up at the
deserted barn!
Harnbag told his men: “SEARCH!”
Harnbag men went around and search.....one of the men went
to the horse shed and saw 2 horses. A gun shot went off and hit that guy’s gun away.
That guy(Harnbag’s man): “UGH!”
Card and Joel jumped down from the loft and landed on
their respective horses.
That guy yelled: “FOUND
THEM!!”
Card and Joel are right on schedule and rode away. Harnbag
told all this men to go and catch them. However,
Silver King told Harnbag that it is his job to kill them.
Silver King : “I
don’t want to waste any bullets. Look”
Silver aim the shot gun at the two riders. He aim and fired two shots. Card and Joel fell off their horses and roll down a hill
without moving.
Silver King : (“Sorry
kids. It is easier if you guys are
dead”)
Harnbag’s men on top of the
hill : “Wow....a
death blow from the back and at that kind of distance.”
Harnbag told his men to search for Grace. But his men told him that there are no traces of a woman ever living
there. Harnbag
got mad at Flounder because Flounder’s tip
wasn’t true. And then they left
the site.
Silver stayed behind. He look at Card and Joel lying on the ground and said, “Hey! You two!”
Card and Joel looked up and gave a OK sign!
Miriam on top of a pony: “The rain stopped. The
weather looks great!”
“Lets rest
a bit. I want to dry up. You must be tired too (saying to the horse)”
Miriam heard horse noises from below the hill...and
someone talking....who??...Ugh...it is Flounder!
Flounder: “Damn! That Harnbag left when we were still asleep....”
“It was I who gave them the tip about the deserted barn!”
Miriam thought (“Oh No...Harnbag went to the deserted
barn! Then Grace and them will be
in trouble.”)
Flounder still taking in a frenzy: “They treat me like an idiot! I wasn’t joking! The
strongest out of the three....the one with black hair......”
Miriam: (“Black
hair......that is Douglas.....”)
Flounder: “That black hair jerk ....... I
already killed with my own hands!”
Miriam in eyes widen in shock: (“WHAT?”)
Meanwhile back at the deserted barn, the boys told Grace
that they will go and search for Miriam. Card and Joel told Douglas that Miriam couldn’t be
still when you were missing so she had to go out. Douglas told them he won’t mind Miriam scolding him any more...she is
just an emotional girl.
Flounder kept boasting that he killed Douglas. A shot right through the heart. When Miriam hear this....she froze in shock. She just kept thinking that she and the others were desperately waiting
for him...but he never shown up. Now
he is lying somewhere dead. She fell to the ground. She feel so unsettled. She
thinks that there weren’t any news about Douglas. Is he really dead? Her heart
felt empty.
She started to feel as if she is floating. She sees the ground but somehow her feet can’t met it. She remembers what Card said about Douglas said that she doesn’t know
how to receive comfort or how to cling to another. That Douglas seems to understand her the best. Miriam is still floating ....she wanted to jump down to
the ground. She hope someone
hold out their hand to help get her down. Who
is that? *Picture is Douglas
holding his hand out to her floating form. She look at him....trying to touch his hands.....but then
realized what Flounder had said about he had killed Douglas. She then is floating but can’t see Douglas anymore. Miriam got out of her shock state a little to realized
that she has to go back to the deserted barn......that Grace and them are in
danger. But Miriam realized she has no one to reach out for now. All she have is just an unreal sensation.
Miriam is trying to head back...but on the way she kept
bumping into things or falling down. She kept thinking back that Douglas said he wanted to fix
the ceiling because it is leaking. She
also wanted to help. She also
wanted to go fishing with them the next time! She thought the last time she seen him it was in anger
before splitting up. The last image
she had of him was his angry face.....She wasn’t able to even say sorry yet! What kind of thinking was that? Miriam thought. There is nothing left to say!
Harnbag’s men went up to Flounder’s men with guns
pointing. Told them that Silver
already killed those two boys. And
his leading information about the woman was incorrect. So he will bring Flounder and his men to Mr. Boer.
Miriam went back to the desert barn but was just standing
near a boulder in a dream state. Grace saw Miriam when she was looking out the window.
Grace went out and yelled: “MIRIAM!”
Grace was so happy to see her. But Miriam was still in shock. She couldn’t move.
Grace: “That is so great! You
came back. Everyone were so worried!”
Miriam thought (“...ah...that is Grace. She said everyone.....that’s right....everyone is all right....really? Everyone is all right?”) Still standing on top of a hill near rock
boulders.
Grace: “Miriam.......what is wrong? Strange...you....”
Then Grace realized something.....
Grace yelled: “Miriam! Move! Up
there....a rock is rolling toward you!”
Miriam still not moving in shock state. Trying to take in what Grace just said to her (“Something about a
rock?”)
Grace: “MIRIAM!”
Grace then ran and tackle Miriam away from the on coming
rock boulder. Then Miriam “woke up” from her dream state.
Miriam:
“Grace! Are you ok? I
froze for a while!”
Grace: “Ah!”
Miriam:
“Your
hands are bleeding!”
Grace hugging Miriam:
“That’s
ok. It is just a scratch! But I am so happy. Today I finally able to help you! I finally able to help you. I am so happy.”
Miriam felt Grace’s warmth. She realized that she shouldn’t have just froze like that. She needs to kept up her strength. She
needs to protect Grace.
Miriam: “Grace....Harnbag came?”
“I heard Flounder talk about it”
Grace: “Yes. That’s true. They
did came...but....right before that Douglas came to warn us.”
Miriam: (“HUH?”)
Grace: “We all acted our part and pulled a wool over their eyes”
Grace: “The rain stopped. Lets
rest for a bit.”
Miriam: “Grace....you just said Douglas came back?”
“But I heard Flounder said he killed him with his own
hands.....that’s why...that’s why.....”
Grace: “Miriam......... I understand! No
wonder you were in shock before!
Ha....Miriam...it isn’t a problem! Douglas is still alive!”
Miriam: “ALIVE?........”
Grace: “Everyone is out looking for you.”
The boys came back just then. Miriam look at Douglas with shock.
Douglas: “So, you heard I was dead?”
Miriam: “..................”
Douglas: “It is true that Flounder did shot me, but......his bullet hit the
watch in my pocket....I just got a slight injury. But it is true that it was very dangerous!”
Douglas kneel down and look at Miriam. Miriam just stared at Douglas without any reaction. Douglas put his hand up and ruffle her hair.
Douglas: “Hey...Did you hear me? You.....”
Miriam frozen in shock remembering her running in the
rain wanting to see Douglas, wanting him to come back to her, wanting him to be
able to talk to her, if that is true, then she would have so much to tell him....even though she couldn’t understand it herself, she has
SO much to say to him....so much to say.....SO MUCH TO SAY........
Miriam starting to cry: “WAH!!!!!!!!!!!”
Miriam started to cry really hard! “WAH!!!!!!!!! WAH!!!!!!!!! WAH!!!!!!!!!!”
Everyone looked in surprised!
Douglas touching Miriam on her head,
“Miriam.........”
Miram fell into Douglas chest and cried and cried......
(“Douglas! Douglas! Douglas! “) Miriam thought while pounding her
small fists on his chest.
Miriam: (“I felt
so lonely! I felt so sad! I felt so hurt! I felt so troubled! I
felt so unsettled! It is because of
all these feelings that I couldn’t handle them anymore.......”)
Miriam still crying against Douglas, in her heart she
kept repeating
(“I feel so lonely! I feel so much pain! So much pain! My heart is going to burst! I
feel so sad! I feel so frighten! I can not stand the pain any more! My heart is finally opening up......please accept me.........”)
Douglas hold onto Miriam and comfort her by gently kiss
her tears away.
Everyone just looked on at Douglas holding onto Miriam
crying form. Grace had smiled and stated later that it was the first
time she had seen that child cried so hard! Finally, Miriam feet touched solid ground!
Meanwhile, Mr. Boer thought those kids were so dumb to
be wasted like so. All they had to
do was listen and it won’t had happen this way. Mr. Boer told George that after the robbery heist then he will burn up
the whole town leaving behind Harnbag and Flounder in there.
*At the train station*
Silver King is handcuffed. He is supposed to be “acting” like a wanted man. Couple of Mr. Boer’s men are “acting” as the guards. Silver King realized that he might had under estimated Mr. Boer’s
intelligence since he still doesn’t trust Silver King even though Silver king was told
of their plan. His plan is to get the army to come back them up. To tell them what Mr. Boer’s plans are so that the backup can capture
Mr. Boer’s men in town. This is
the only time to catch them all at once!
*Back to the Miriam and
friends*
Douglas shouted, “DRESSED LIKE A GIRL?” *sweatdrop!
Joel pressed his fingers onto his lips, “Shhhhh ------!”
Card: “Don’t be so loud! Miriam
due to her exhaustion from crying yesterday is sleeping next door.”
Joel: “No matter what...I got to go and get the army troops. Card is to stay here to protect Grace. Douglas needs to get onto the train in midway and help out Silver.”
Card and Joel looked at Douglas....
Joel: “Because everywhere there are Boer’s men, what happens if we got
recognized? We got to go back to the farm and get Grace’s clothes and
makeup to use!”
Douglas yells: “This kind of situation!”
Douglas covers his mouth realization he is shouting again
and doesn’t want to wake Miriam up.
Douglas: “This kind of situation you guys can do! You guys.......”
Douglas gets all flustered and red.......
Douglas: “You guys have a better shape than me so you can turn out nicely. But I don’t. To tell you the truth I am afraid. What happens if I get recognized? My body, bone is........”
Grace enthusiastically said, “ You can borrow my
girdle!”
They all enthusiastically told Douglas that with a little
work he will look beautiful!
All of a sudden, Miriam was holding onto Douglas sleeves
and happily stated, “I’ll help you!”
Everyone just was stun to see Miriam there.......
*At Harnbag’s place*
Harnbag
found out that the real Silver King outlaw was captured
in another town. He realized the
impostor was really a sheriff. Harnbag
decided to take all the money and escape. But
first, he needs to get Grace!
Joel went out of the towns outskirts safely and found a
nice old couple to borrow a horse from.
Douglas on the other hand is so embarrassed to be walking
around dressed up like a woman. He
is at the train station now waiting for the train to come. A guy came up to him and just ramble on and trying to flirt with him. Coming.....the train is coming. Douglas
looked up at the window of the train getting onto the station. He was thinking how he can move around in fighting position dressed up
like a woman. Just at that moment,
Mr. Boer sitting at the train’s window sit and Douglas saw one another. The guy who was flirting with Douglas asked if he would join him in his
private cabin. Douglas decided to
do so.
The train is now moving to its destination again. Douglas got onto the train with the fellow who was flirting with him. He exchanged that fellow’s clothes so now he feels so much himself
again! Douglas had tied up that fellow up and gag him.
Douglas: “Sorry Old man! But you
are really something! All of a
sudden trying to embrace me and won’t let go! This kind of behavior isn’t so good! Trying to do that to a single woman traveling alone.”
A voice said: “Hey, You have changed!”
Douglas: “Huh?”
Douglas turned around and saw Miriam holding a basket.
Miriam: “This fit you pretty well....I
spent so much time dressing you nicely!”
Douglas pointed at Miriam with a shock expression on his
face.
Douglas shouted: “When did you get............”
Miriam waving her hands happily at Douglas and said,
“No problem! No problem! I left a
note to Grace!”
Douglas *Sweatdrop*, “Not right! That isn’t
what I meant! Just get off the
train now!”
Miriam point out and exclaim calmly, “The train already
started!”
Douglas: “...................”
“Miriam.....this isn’t a game....we are trying to over come
Boer and his men, this is very dangerous! And why did you bring that basket with you........”
Miriam: “Oh! This ?”
Miriam opened up the basket and inside was Willy. She said “It is Willy!”
Willy: “Oink!”
Douglas putting his hand onto his face, “You imp!”
Miriam: “I thought
he can help us out. He(Willy) also
wanted a part of the action!”
Miriam looked at Douglas and said, “How were you about
to communicate with Silver King ?”
Douglas looked at Miriam blankly. “Uh?” He said.
Miriam: “He is
handcuffed, didn’t you know?”
Douglas still looked at Miriam blankly and could only
said “Uh?”
Miriam: “Hey! You don’t know anything?”
Douglas looking embarrass and at the flirting guys stated
he was busy trying to figure out a way to use that guy who flirted with him.
Miriam: “Well...you are by yourself. I
was worried. What if you get dizzy
again? Now at least I am your
partner.:
Douglas still red in the face: “...........
Saying this kind of naive words......how about yourself? Who was the person who kept holding onto me screaming and crying?”
Now it was Miriam’s turn to be embarrassed and red,
“Well....that....” She said.
Douglas noticing that she got embarrassed wanted to go in
for the kill stated, “That is?”
Miriam now having tons of sweat dropping all over mumble,
“That is...That is.....because......”
Douglas won’t let go of this advantage asked,
“Because of what? Hey, tell me
about it. Hey?”
Miriam turn around and looked at Douglas exclaimed,
“That is already PAST”
They looked at each other in a tie.
*Back at the farm..............*
Grace yelled loudly, “Ahhhhhhh------------!”
She was feeding the chicken when Harnbag grabbed her by
the arm.
Harnbag: “I finally found you! Grace! I
knew I would eventually run into you! You came back to the farm! The town is
already a dangerous place for me now. Lets
us go to a different town and prosper there again. Lets go together! Grace!”
Grace frantically crying, “Let go of me! Card!
Card!”
Harnbag was trying to force Grace to his horse. He said, “Those kids are all dead! Who could stop me now?”
Just then Card gave Harnbag a punch in the face.
Card: “ME!”
Harnbag couldn’t believe his eyes. He said, “How could that be.........”
Card pointing his gun at Harnbag: “Don’t
worry! I am not a ghost!”
Harnbag cowardly look at Card and yelled: “No! Don’t shoot! I am unarmed!”
Card: “Just
be good then I won’t shoot! You
are such a coward, Old man!”
Then Card noticed Harnbag’s horse contained a lot of
money. He was looking at the money
and knew Harnbag was trying to escape. Harnbag
saw that Card was concentrating on that so he lunge at Card trying to get his
gun. But Grace grabbed a log
and hit Harnbag on the head.
Card: “Great
job! Grace!”
Grace still holding onto the log: “This is like a dream!”
Card: “Since
he sneaked away, no one would know his whereabouts, right Grace?”
Grace: “True...can’t believe we got him at home.”
*At the train............*
One of Boer’s man was sitting next to
Silver King, while the other was across from them. Silver King sitting next to the window was looking out when a funny sound was
heard. Both Boer’s men looked at each other and proclaim it
wasn’t them. Then they looked at
Silver King.
Silver King thought....(“That’s not right”) and then realized that something was
underneath the train seat. It was
Willy with a note in his mouth. Silver
King then realized that those two are already on the train. But then one of
Boer men told Silver that it was time. Boer
gave the hidden signal to start.
BANG! BANG!
BANG! --gun shots sounds!
Douglas and Miriam rushed out of the cabin.........One of Boer’s man bang on the door to the vault cabin
where there were guards there. He claimed that the wanted man escaped and he needed
backup.
*Meanwhile, Douglas got on top of the moving
train...........*
So those guards opened up the door to the vault cabin. Boer’s two men was pointing their guns at the guards. Then Silver King grip hold onto one of Boer’s man......and Douglas grab
hold onto the other.
Out in the passenger seating....people were making an
commotion about the wanted man escaping. Boer
was thinking something wasn’t right...so he asked his man to follow him.
Inside the vault cabin, Silver told them he was
Heuy
Castea, a federal officer. They
locked up the the two Boer men inside the steel bar vault. Boer
and his men came through another entry to the
vault cabin.
Heuy saw Boer and shouted, “Danger! Duck!”
Boer was firing at Douglas and
Heuy. They went to hide behind the furniture. But they were block on front
and rear entries and was trapped in the middle by Boer and his men.
Boer
said he overheard Heuy telling the others that he
was a federal officer. He said that
what is he going to do now because they are preparing to blow up this train and
his men were waiting with horses to let them escape. Boer
then turn to Douglas and commented that he looked
good dressed up as a woman.
Douglas : "Arghhh, Don't asy it again, it's a disgrace!!!"
Heuy
told Douglas that they couldn’t let them blow up
innocent people on the train and that this train can’t stop. They got to get to the train conductor to warn him. Then he picked up Douglas chin and smiled and said.
“When we are all safe and sound, you gotta let me see you dress up as a
woman!”
Douglas red in the face exclaimed, “In
this kind of dangerous situation, you........”
Just then, a cry ran out, the bad guy who was at one of
the exits fell off the train. That was because Miriam threw and hit him with a rock!
She then called out, “The conductor’s apartment, let me handle it!”
Douglas surprised cried out , “MIRIAM!”
Miriam went and hit the bad guy who was pointing a gun at
the train conductor with a log.
*Whack!*
Boer’s men were waiting for the train to stop...but
it DIDN’T.
( **WAY TO GO MIRIAM!!*****),
Douglas is really amused.
One of Boer’s men commented that the train didn’t
stop. Then Willy bite one of the
men. Heuy noticed the distraction
fired at them. But noticed that Boer
was making his getaway by jumping off the train. Douglas saw it too so he jumped as well. Heuy was about to do the same except he realized that due
to Boer’s evil grin that a bridge was ahead of them. Instantly knew that Boer wanted to blow up the bridge because his style
of killing is to eliminate all.
Boer
and Douglas fought on the grounds. Boer
disarmed Douglas. He
said to Douglas that does he thinks he can overcome HIM without a weapon?
Meanwhile, Heuy went to the train conductor to stop the
train before it gets to the bridge.
!!! BAM !!!!! - An explosion sound went off!
Boer
punched Douglas when the bridge blew up. The watch fell off. Boer realized that was what had saved Douglas. He then stepped on the watch. Douglas remembering the old man who gave him the watch
image. Boer
told Douglas that it is good he wasn’t on that
train because he want to personally kill him. He then grab Douglas neck and was trying to strangle him. But Douglas got extremely angry! He loosen Boer’s hold on him.
“Bastard!” Yelled Douglas and punched Boer in the face.
“DOUGLAS!” Said Miriam. She
was holding two guns and threw one to Douglas.
Miriam was smiling at Douglas and commented: “Sorry I'm late! Spent a lot of time to get here! Heuy was about to jump down but then he must had realized the danger of a
bomb and must had stopped the train already. You must had heard the bomb as well.”
Douglas
felt relieved and turned to Boer
“You
lost......Boer!” Said Douglas
“No! I haven't lost!” Said
Boer.
Behind him a bunch of horses were coming closer.
“There are my men. We
don’t care even if nothing happened to the train. If the train stopped then we use a different method!”
“That would be kind of hard to do” said Douglas
“What?” Said Boer
Douglas point around them....they looked up and noticed
that the cavalier troops came.
Boer said, “What a plan. When I had that strange feeling..it must had meant that this
is my end?”
Joel huff and puff tiredly said “Luckily I came in
time.......”
Heuy
threw the wanted poster of Silver to Douglas. They are sitting in the town’s sheriff’s office.
Douglas: “So this is the real Silver? You
really looked like the wanted man.....”
Heuy: “That right. Because of
that I always have problems. But
also due to that this time I can use that to my advantage to hide my real
identity”
Heuy replaced
Harnbag’s appointed corrupted sheriff. Now the town has a real decent law enforcer. Grace came into the office.
Grace: “Douglas! So you are in here!”
Douglas: “Grace! Have you bought all you need?”
Grace: “I went and bought Miriam new clothes! Joel and Card are at that store
right now too. It is time to go
home, that is why I came in to call you.”
Douglas smiled at Grace and give her a gentle push toward Heuy.
Douglas: “All right! Let me go and
get the horse and cart and bring it over to get you guys!

Douglas: (“Heuy and Grace had been with one another a lot lately! Even though we three don’t like it but there isn’t
much we can do. No matter how much
we ponder, he still look right for her than we do.”)
A town person said Hi to Douglas. Douglas then realized that he is now part of this town though it felt so
funny to be so.
("Boer, Harnbag and
Flounder are all in custody. We
got the award money so now we have money. Since they were captured, the
town is quiet and peaceful. We
boys don’t really have a reason to stay at the farm anymore.")
Douglas remembering what Miriam said.

Douglas came and said “What? Miriam changed to her new
clothes?”
Miriam with her arms open looking up at Douglas
expectantly, “......................”
Douglas: “What's up?"
Miriam: “There
isn’t anything else you wanted to say to me?”
Douglas: “What do you want me to say?”
Miriam turned her back to Douglas.
Douglas: “Now what? Why do you turn
your back?”
Miriam: “Forget
it! I am so dumb! Was hoping you would be able to know what to say.”
*Card and Joel were laughing at the background*
In the horse cart. Douglas still doesn’t get it.
“Why are you mad?” Said Douglas
“Never mind.” Said Miriam
However, Miriam won’t stay 8 years old forever!
If Miriam becomes 17 year old, she certainly would be a
lovely young woman.
Then at that time, Douglas would be 26 years old. Forget about it for now.....since that would be a long,
